Instructional Design Overview

I created this video to ensure that all team members shared background knowledge. While all team members were subject-area experts with extensive authoring experience, many lacked formal instructional design training. Understanding how processes were developed and how they continue to evolve ensured that our team started from a place of mutual understanding.
