School-Hosted Resource Page

Pricing for a technology resource site hosted on your LMS or school website is $60 per hour plus a $250 base fee for set-up and administrative costs. To help with budgeting, on average creating and loading content for one program takes between 5-7 hours. The time per program will be less if you already have content or materials created but simply need them reformatted for use on the site. This service can also be provided to companies that need a similar site for their employees.

Single-Page Website

A single-page website, where you provide all of the content and graphics costs $400. If you wish to use a service such as Squarespace to host your site you must pay any administrative costs upfront. If you require assistance with branding, graphics, or other content, I charge an additional $60/hour.

Software Solutions

Sometimes finding the right software solution can be a daunting task. Let me take the lead for your company. You provide a list of your companies goals and I will do all of the research. I will provide you with a few options, complete with a walkthrough of each option including pricing, pros and cons, and other pertinent information. Once you choose a solution, I can also help with basic training to get you started. Pricing is per hour at the rate of $60/hour.

Synchronous Professional Development

I charge a minimum of 2-hours or $100 for online professional development per session type that includes 1-hour of preparation time and 1-hour of PD. If a session will be repeated several times, I will not charge additional prep time, only time spent delivering content at the rate of $60 for each additional hour. I can provide professional development for new programs or software but I will require additional preparation time.

Website

There is a base fee of $500 for a website that covers the first three pages of the site. Each additional page you need will cost $200. If you wish to use a hosting or content management service such as Squarespace you must pay any administrative costs upfront. If you require assistance with branding, graphics, or other content, I charge an additional $60/hour.

Content Migration

In addition to moving existing content from one platform to another, I can also help with editing or reformatting existing content to maximize its use on the new platform. Pricing depends on the scope of the project but I am willing to bill per hour or per project for this service.

Video Creation

The cost of video creation depends on several factors including video length, where the video will be hosted, and specificity of content. For school-specific content, hosted by the school, the cost is $300 for an up to 5-minute video. You must provide me with credentials to log into any programs or websites needed to create the videos. The final video will be shared with you as a file to upload to the service of your choice. If you are interested in more broadly applicable content that I can host on my YouTube channel will reduce the fee accordingly.

Website Maintainance

If you are not planning on maintaining your own website, I offer a maintenance plan for $100 a month. This service includes up to 2-hours of work on your site each month checking links, updating plug-ins, and making any minor-content changes. This fee will also give you priority in the event you need larger changes or additional content created. These types of changes will cost $60/hour in addition to the monthly service fee.
