Written Directions
Too often, designers make the mistake of complicating instructions by adding extraneous graphics or design elements. While visual appeal is important, substance can be overlooked in the pursuit of aesthetics. Additionally, that extra content can increase cognitive load. The directions on this page have been used by multiple companies for years, with a 100% success rate and positive user feedback.
